The easiest way to request a refill is to send us a text at (435) 567-7653. Please include the name of the medication and your current dosage. Refill requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Whenever possible, please request your refill before you run out of medication so we have time to process your request.
Controlled-substance medications have additional prescribing and refill requirements. Some controlled substances may require a new prescription or other steps before they can be refilled, and refill requests may require additional review by your provider

The frequency of your appointments will depend on your medications, treatment needs, and individual circumstances.
For new patients, appointments are typically scheduled every 1–2 weeks during the first couple of months. This gives you and your provider an opportunity to get to know each other, monitor your response to treatment, and make any necessary adjustments as your treatment plan develops.
Once your treatment plan is established and your symptoms and medications are stable, appointments can generally be spaced further apart. For patients taking controlled-substance medications, such as Adderall or Vyvanse, follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 3 months. For patients who are not taking controlled substances and have a stable treatment plan, follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 6–12 months.
Your provider may recommend a different schedule depending on your individual needs. Each visit is an opportunity to check in, discuss any concerns or changes, and make sure your treatment continues to meet your needs.
